Evacuate the burning site or take off the burning clothes to reduce or avoid burns and burns for protection purposes.

Flame-retardant suits are suitable for use in steelmaking, iron making, shipyards, etc. for workers who have open flames, sparks, operate near molten metal, and in places where there is a flammable substance and a fire hazard.

1. Thermal protection coefficient: Class A: direct skin contact ≥126TPP/(kw•s/m2); there is a gap between skin and clothing ≥250TPP/(kw•s/m2), B grade one, C grade one.

2, flame retardant: continuous burning time A grade ≤ 2s, B grade ≤ 2s, C grade ≤ 5s, smoldering time A grade ≤ 2s, B grade ≤ 2s, C grade ≤ 5s, damage length: A grade ≤ 50mm, B grade ≤ 100mm, C grade ≤ 150mm, no melting and dripping;

3, breaking strength: ≥ 450N before washing, ≥ 400N after washing;

Fourth, flame retardant overalls wear method

1. Unfold the flame retardant overalls and check that they are intact.

2. Pull the zipper on the back of the flame retardant overalls.

3. Put your legs into the jumpsuit, then reach into your arm and finally put on the hood.

4. Pull up on the zipper and press the snap button.

5. Put on the safety boots and adjust the laces to suit your needs.

6. Make sure that the trouser legs completely cover the boot of the safety boot.

7. Finally put on the gloves so that you are wearing a full set of flame retardant clothing and components.

8. Remove the flame retardant overalls in the reverse order.

Five, matters needing attention

1. It is forbidden to change clothes in places with open flames, sparks, molten metal, and inflammable and explosive materials.

2. It is forbidden to attach or wear any fusible or flammable objects on the flame retardant clothing.

3. When wearing flame retardant clothing, it is necessary to wear corresponding protective equipment to fully achieve the technical effect.

4, clothes should not be put together with corrosive items, the storage should be dry and ventilated, 20cm above the strong surface and the ground to prevent rat bites, insects, mildew.

5. Do not damage the packaging during transportation to prevent sun and rain.

6. The storage period is two years.
